Project Summary
Natixis Investments came in looking to refresh their banking experience with something brighter, more colorful, and clearly more modern than what they had before.
Challenge
The biggest challenge was finding the right balance—modernizing the experience without disrupting existing users, while also making the product feel more relevant and appealing to a younger audience.
Solution
I worked closely with the data analytics team and ran A/B tests to better understand how users interacted with the legacy experience. Using those insights, I streamlined key flows, kept long-time user feedback in mind, and introduced new features along with a modernized color palette.
