OneAz Business Banking Onboarding


Project Summary

Created a digital onboarding experience for OneAZ Bank’s business customers, making it easy for them to open accounts online while giving bank employees a smoother, faster way to validate new accounts in-branch.

Challenge

The existing process was complicated and heavily regulated, making it confusing for business customers and time-consuming for employees. The goal was to simplify it without cutting corners.

Solution

Designed a flexible “happy path” flow that adjusts dynamically—adding or skipping steps based on rules, regulations, and AI insights—so the experience is smooth, guided, and error-free.

Results / Impact

The redesigned onboarding experience helped drive a 30% increase in new business account creation within the first year, while reducing friction for both customers and staff.
